Cedar Grove Tchoupitoulas Plantation is a beautifully restored Plantation home in the heart of New Orleans which is the perfect setting for weddings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, private parties or just about any occasion which calls for a romantic setting, excellent service and outstanding traditional New Orleans cuisine.

Jill Mercer and Joey Mercer are the proprietors. The plantation can host receptions and parties up to 300 guests. The food is excellent with traditional New Orleans cuisine. You can have your wedding here as well as the wedding reception. There are large rooms to accomodate large parties and smaller rooms for a more private party setting. There is an outdoor patio with a wood buring fireplace as well as a 200 year old fountain. The landscaping is beautiful. There are lots of beautiful settings for photographs.

Directions From Metairie: Drive down Clearview Pkwy towards the Huey P. Long Bridge. Cross the Huey P. Once you have reached the other side of the bridge, go around the semi-circle and take a right on Hwy 90. Drive to the 1st light and take a right on River Road. Then, drive down river road about 6 minutes. Once you see the Waggaman sign, the plantation will be the next sign that you see on the left Directions from Downtown: Cross the Greater N.O. Bridge.Get on the Westbank Expressway. Take the Expressway to Westwego. Continue through Westwego until you get to Hwy. 90. Take Hwy. 90 East toward the Huey P. Long Bridge Get to River Road which is the first light and take a left.Get on River Road and go down about 6 minutes. Once you see the Waggaman sign, the plantation will be the next sign that you see on the left.
